Ardie Walser.<\/p>\n<h3>Ethics Complaint filed against Teaneck Board of Education President.<\/h3>\n<p>You can view the complaint here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teanecktoday.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/2018-12-10_Ethics-Complaint-against-Ardie-Walser-with-exhibits.pdf\">Complaint against Ardie Walser, President of the Teaneck Board of Education<\/a><\/p>\n<p>President Walser moved to dismiss the complaint, as frivolous and requested sanctions.\u00a0 The Ethics Commission received responses from the parties on the motion and issued it&#8217;s ruling on May 3rd.<\/p>\n<h3>Decision of the Ethics Commision<\/h3>\n<p>The Decision of the State Ethics Commission indicates that they denied the motion (to dismiss the complaint as frivolous) and denied any requests for sanctions..<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Based on the foregoing, and in reviewing the facts in the light most favorable to the non-moving party (Complainant), the Commission voted to <strong><em>deny<\/em> <\/strong>the Motion to Dismiss in its entirety.\u00a0 Notwithstanding this determination, the Commission notes that, because the Complainant agreed to voluntarily withdraw all allegations against Respondent Arjumand, Respondent Walser is the only remaining Respondent.\u00a0 The Commission also voted to find that the Complaint is not frivolous, and to deny Respondents&#8217; request for sanctions.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><!--more-->The next step is for President Walser to file an answer to the Complaint.<\/p>\n<p>The decision can be found here:<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.teanecktoday.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/2019-05-03_Decision-on-Motion-to-Dismiss-Ethics-Complaint.pdf\" class=\"pdfemb-viewer\" style=\"\" data-width=\"max\" data-height=\"max\" data-toolbar=\"bottom\" data-toolbar-fixed=\"off\">2019-05-03_Decision on Motion to Dismiss Ethics Complaint<\/a>\n\n<!-- Generated using Document Gallery.
